Can I insert insoles in any footwear?
NO, you need to buy 3D footwear and insert FOOTCLINIC® insole instead of standard insole.
We recommend FOOTCLINIC insole+Finnamic (finnamic.it) or MBT shoes because of their synergy.
You can also insert FOOTCLINIC ORTHOTICS in some models of shoes but you do not have the same sinergy as with FINNAMIC or MBT:
birckenstock,camper,diadora, ecco,frau,lumberjack,mephisto,prada,reebok, timberland.
SPORTshoes: asics,diadora,reebok/for children:chicco,balducci,naturino,primigi.
What exams do I need?
We need RX of left and right Knee joint with patient STANDING.
In this way we can model your Orthotic according to your knee anatomy.
With proper foot orthotics we can prevent many knee+ back disorders.
What to know before FOOTCLINIC Posture and Foot consultation?
Foot is the most complex part of our body, it is the only organ which changes shape when standing or in horizontal position.
Medical Doctors unfortunately always neglected it and now NON-doctors took hold of this fundamental field of medicine.NON-doctors have a limited knowledge of human body mechanisms and posture and therefore are not suited for an holistic approach and diagnosis of Foot and Posture Disorders.

Do I need a full length insole ?
You need a full length insole.With a full length insole you can solve major disorders affecting the forefoot such as BUNION. In this case for example insole will be thicker under the first metarsal .
Carbon Fiber 3/4 insoles are no enough..
Only my right foot aches : do I need 2 insoles ?
Both feet work together and we must take care of the whole Posture as well. You always need 2 insoles!
How can i choose the right shoe size for me?
There is still so much confusion on shoe size: it is simply unbelievable.We measure your foot in millimeter (mm) and we produce your orthotic accordingly.Do you want to buy a new shoe?Extract standard insole from it and compare it with your orthotic: they must have the same length .
Do i need to wear heels ?
No heels at all!
What is plantar fasciitis?
Our feet were created to walk on soft,adaptable ground (woods,countryside,beaches) but we now find hard surfaces everywhere.By time the plantar fascia gets inflamed .Heel spurs,Morton?s neuroma, metarsalgias are all consequences of PLANTAR FASCIITIS.
With FOOTCLINIC ORTHOTIC + MBT footwear we recreate a soft , adaptable surface plus we correct foot and posture disorders.
Surgical Intervention makes problems even worse.
What causes Bunions (hallux valgus)?
Bunions develops gradually and get worse day by day.We do not inherit bunions , we inherit a flat arch : all the weight goes on this poor first metarsal head .1-2 years after surgery you develop hallux valgus again,Why?Because no surgeon is able to recreate the proper arch you need and the body’s weight goes again on the first metarsal head,thus recreating bunions.
Only a proper full legth orthotic can sole your problem and/or prevent it.
Morton's Neuroma:do I need operation?
Surgical intervention is useless.You must change the way you strike ground with your foot and this is only possible with a proper Orthotic.
What if one leg is shorter than the other ?
A real dysmetria is rare.Usualy we have a postural dysmetria which does not need a correction.
In our clinic we carefully evaluate the presence of a real dysmetria.

Your FOOTCLINIC orthotic is unique ,custom made for you with 1/10th mm precision.
It is made of EVA 25/35 shore.We cover it with natural leather (ecovelour).Never wash it,just brush it.Natural leather absorbs foot sweat: sweat distribution tells us if the insole needs further adjustments.
In case of severe fasciitis we put an intermediate layer between EVA and leather: PU,PPT,Technogel 123/130/135.
Do i have a footclinic insole guarantee ?
We give a EEC 2 years guarantee. Always wear thin stockings; avoid sun,heaters,humidity.
What if I want a second pair of FOOTCLINIC® Insoles ?
We have a backup of your data: just an email and we send you a second pair but we recommend an annual free checkup in our clinic.
