Health Insoles : tips
1. Our insole must always be inserted on a flat surface. You therefore need 3DFootwear : take out standard insole and insert YOUR insole. We recommend FINNAMIC and in some case MBT.   Other 3D footwear: asics camper diadora (calcio), ecco frau lumberjack mephisto kapriol(antinfortunistica) reebok timberland BAMBINI: balducci(linea fisioball)/naturino/primigi     Our insoles are 2,8 mm thick. 2. Never insert your insole in non suitable footwear. If your media arch aches(or reddens) just rasp delicately under your insole’s arch so that it softens. 3. Wear a very thin sock. You can walk barefoot only on sandy shore-line, never on hard surfaces!Your foot is not made for asphalt, concrete, marble! Always wear your insoles even at home Do not leave your insoles near radiators,heaters,stoves etc. Your insole average life: 18 months Buy your footwear: -late afternoon when your foot is bigger - insert your insoles and walk   We want to assist you 100%. HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR INSOLES Footwear + insole should be a joint function.Our insoles are thermoplastic and fit well in 3D insoles. BEWARE > If you want your Insoles to last longer: - take your insoles out of your footwear at the end of the day and let them dry up away from heaters,stoves,sun. - clean your insole once a week: just use a sponge and white soap.Use BOSTIK SUPERCHIARO as glue for calflining, PTT, PU. - Push your insole with your finger to CHECK its resilience - Visit our  “FOOTCLINIC” centre for a regular checkup
