HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR FEET:
1. Use a proper 3D footwear.Report any reddening of your foot to a FOOTCLINIC centre. 2. Report any bunions or ankle swelling.   3. A too high or a too low heel can cause postural disorders. Report any heel/ankle/plantar pain or any legs/back pain. 4. Report any excessive foot sweat,burning, bad smell. Use footwear made of natural leather.
Your Foot Health
1. Have a footbath every evening.   2. In the evening take off your shoes and exercise your foot,especially if you have a sedentary work.   3. Refer to a good specialist for your toenails.   4. Use 2 different shoes during the day.Use the more confortable one in the afternoon.In this way your feet are always freh and have a proper perspiration.
